Conduct A Post-Exit Interview
Much like any other problem, high employee turnover is unlikely to be effectively dealt with without the feedback from participants, stakeholders and, in this case, the employees themselves. Interestingly enough, traditional exit interviews are rather outdated because of their timing and inherent emotional impact.
